Expert Witness Consulting

Safety Engineering Resources provides expert witness services to attorneys. As expert witnesses, we analyze products involved in accidents to determine: the cause of the accident, if there is a design or guarding solution, what the state of the art of the industry was at the time of manufacture, whether a failure was due to a manufacturing or design defect, whether standards and codes were adhered to or violated.

We have a fully equipped shop where we test products and develop alternate designs for hazardous products. Dr. L.D. Ryan is an experienced engineer, with extensive courtroom experience.
